Is Team on the Run secure?

Yes. All messages sent through Team on the Run are encrypted using an SSL connection to ensure confidentiality and privacy for all of your team’s communications. In addition, Team on the Run is a HIPAA-Compliant communication tool.

Who will my employees be able to communicate with?

Via the Team on the Run Web Administration Portal, you will be able to configure the level of communication between your employees to fit your organization's needs. Open or close communication between specific Groups or Departments. Create groups that are visible to certain members only, etc. You may also choose to authorize employee communication with non-company contacts, such as consultants or 3rd party contractors, from within the app if applicable.

How does Team on the Run bill customers?

Team on the Run is a prepaid service that works like a mobile prepaid card. You set a max number of users that you will be able to invite to the system and a time period (1 year, 2 years) and proceed to the payment accordingly. Once your subscription period is over you can recharge your account by renewing your subscription. 

Can I modify my current Subscription?

At any point during your subscription you may add additional users in the My Account section of the Administration portal. You may also upgrade to a more advanced offer. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We process payments using PayPal and all major Credit Cards.
